Invoisor sends your receipt image to GPT-4o vision, which extracts the merchant name, date, line items, quantities, taxes, and totals. The result is validated against a strict JSON schema before being saved, so you always get clean, structured data.
After 7 days, you can still view all your previously scanned receipts, analytics, and data — your data is always yours. To continue scanning new receipts with AI, you'll need to subscribe or redeem a voucher. No automatic charges ever happen.
Invoisor supports 22 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD, CHF, CNY, INR, AED, and more. You can set your default currency in Settings and switch per-receipt at any time.
Yes. Receipt images are transmitted over TLS and never stored beyond processing. Extracted data is end-to-end encrypted in transit. We don't sell your data or use it to train models without your explicit consent.
Pro users can export receipts to CSV or PDF. All exports include line items, categories, and merchant details. You own your data and can request a download at any time regardless of plan.
You can browse previously synced receipts and your dashboard offline. AI scanning requires an internet connection. Manual entry works fully offline and syncs when you reconnect.
